Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

We know that sometimes it can be hard to order clothing online, that is why we try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible. After all, our Trendz Clothing Co. customers are the best-dressed women! With that said, we understand that sometimes an item you order may not be exactly what you wanted, so we want to make sure we make you happy and our return policy as easy to follow as possible!

Return Policy
• We accept returns for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date you placed your order. Anything purchased at a discounted price of 25% off or more, is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
• Please email us at returns@trendzclothingco.com to receive a return shipping label.
• You must report damages within three days of receiving your merchandise, or they will not be accepted as a return.
• Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
•  If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
• Returns must be received in the original new condition, unwashed, unworn.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. If there is damage to the original shoe box, the shoes are not eligible for a return. In this situation, the shoes will be shipped back to you, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Gift Cards, camisoles, slips, bras, tights, socks, & Sale category items may not be returned or exchanged.
• Items that are returned to us with deodorant, perfume, makeup or any other stains or odors will be shipped back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping is not refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your item. You will receive an email confirmation once we have processed your return.
• Non-qualifying defects: Please keep in mind that the colors may vary slightly due to computer monitors, photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting.

*Free shipping on returns if sent within the first seven calendar days of receiving your item. For returns sent after the 7th day, we will deduct $7 from your refund if you use this label. Trendz Clothing Co. Return labels cannot be used for international returns.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:
Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to customerservice@trendzclothingco.com including a picture showing the tags are still attached. Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line. Include the first and last name on your Trendz Clothing Co. account, order #, and product code/name of the item. You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24 hours.
