Return Policy


We know that sometimes it can be hard to order clothing online, that is why we try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible. After all, our Classic Trendz Boutique customers are the best-dressed women! With that said, we understand that sometimes an item you order may not be exactly what you wanted, so we want to make sure we make you happy and our return policy as easy to follow as possible!

Return Policy
• Returns are excepted within 14 calendar days from the date you placed your order for store credit.  Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
• Please email us at with any questions.
• You must report damages within three days of receiving your merchandise, or they will not be accepted as a return.
 The item must be returned with original tags still attached.
• Returns must be received in the original new condition, unwashed, unworn.
• Gift Cards, camisoles, slips, bras, tights, socks, beanies & Sale category items may not be returned or exchanged.
• Items that are returned to us with deodorant, perfume, makeup or any other stains or odors will be shipped back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping is not refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your item. You will receive an email confirmation once we have processed your return.
• Non-qualifying defects: Please keep in mind that the colors may vary slightly due to computer monitors, photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting.
*Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to including a picture showing the tags are still attached. Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line. Include the first and last name on your Classic Trendz Boutique account #, order #, and product code/name of the item. You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24 hours.
